Chocolate-Peanut Butter Yummies
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 package of mini peanut butter cups
Instructions:
- preheat oven to 350 degrees
- prepare brownie mix according to package directions using 2 eggs. spoon into 8 miniature foil cupcake liners and fill three-fourths full.
- place peanut butter cup in center of each and push into batter. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until tothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Buttercream recipe:
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoon milk
4 cups powdered sugar
Mix all ingredients until creamy.
For pure white frosting, use one cup shortening and no butter.
-frosting for 18 cupcakes
Last but not least, ice all the cupcakes with the buttercream generously and top it with the left over mini peanut butter cups.
